2. Eligibility

2.1 Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings, and such variations do not constitute grounds for a refund or return. CustomEvaCarMats is not responsible for misinterpretations of product descriptions by the customer.

3.2 Custom Orders: As our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, please ensure that all details (e.g., car model, mat color, border color) are accurate before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, you have 24 hours to change details in order, after 24hours changes in order are not permitted.

3.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur due to insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled, you will be notified via email, and any payment made will be refunded promptly.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns except in specific circumstances outlined below. By placing an order with CustomEvaCarMats, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

1.1 Custom Orders: All products are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. As such, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders once production has begun.

1.2 Final Sale: All sales are final. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are accurate before submission. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after the order has been confirmed.

2. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items

2.1 Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a legitimate manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

2.2 Incorrect Orders: If we ship an incorrect item that does not match the details of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. CustomEvaCarMats reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the error before processing any claims.

2.3 Return Authorization: In the event of an approved defect or error, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return any items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2.4 Return Shipping: In the rare case of an approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Damage During Shipping

3.1 Shipping Damage: If your product is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We are not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier once the product has left our facility.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Store Credit or Replacement: For approved claims of defective or incorrect items, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued in exceptional cases.

4.2 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are subject to inspection, and any product showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, you agree to first contact CustomEvaCarMats to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia Jurisdiction, and any claims will be adjudicated in accordance with Law.
